SWEET POTATO PIE

Shopping List:          Sweet Potatoes                               Butter

                                    Vanilla                                               Flour

                                    Salt                                                     Pecans

                                    Cinnamon

                                    Brown Sugar

1 large (23 oz) can sweet potatoes

1 tsp vanilla

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp cinnamon

1/3 c. brown sugar

¼ c. melted butter

TOPPING:

¼ c. melted butter

3 tbsp. flour

¾ c. brown sugar

½ c. chopped pecans

            Mash sweet potatoes with fork and add all ingredients.  Place in greased casserole dish and crumble topping over top.  Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with Cool Whip!
